CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Conduct regional Southwest lane driving across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Operate from terminals throughout the operating area with straightforward, predictable pay. Earn starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM, alongside $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Receive layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period and detention pay of $25/hour after two hours. Claim extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Complete paid orientation for $150. Qualifications include a CDL-A. Health, dental, and vision coverage begin after 90 days, with 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
