Job Summary
Conduct regional Southwest lane driving across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Operate from company terminals with straightforward pay including a starting rate of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM. Receive $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Earn layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period, detention pay of $25/hr after two hours, and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Health, dental, and vision coverage begin after 90 days, with 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
