Job Summary
Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah with a CDL-A. Operate from terminals throughout the operating area within true regional lanes rather than coast-to-coast routes. Earn starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, reaching up to 60.5 CPM total. Receive $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, and layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period. Claim detention pay of $25/hr after two hours and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Qualifications include a CDL-A.
