Job Summary
Conduct regional deliveries across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah using a CDL-A license. Operate from terminals throughout the Southwest lanes with a pay structure starting at 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile, totaling 60.5 CPM. Earn $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, and layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period. Receive detention pay at $25/hr after two hours and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Access health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days, 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid vacation based on tenure.
