CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah for Updike Distribution Logistics. Operate with terminals throughout the operating area to ensure straightforward pay and a carrier that respects your time on the road. Earn starting compensation of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM, alongside a $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Receive layover pay at $150 per 24-hour period, detention pay at $25/hr after two hours, and extra stop pay at $25 per stop. Health, dental, and vision coverage begin after 90 days, with a 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
