Job Summary
Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah with a CDL-A. Operate between terminals throughout the operating area while earning a starting rate of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus for a total of 60.5 CPM. Receive a $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, along with layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period and detention pay of $25/hour after two hours. Qualify for health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days, a 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid vacation based on tenure.
