CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah using a CDL-A. Operate between terminals throughout the operating area with straightforward, predictable pay. Earn starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM. Receive $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Collect layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period and detention pay of $25/hr after two hours. Claim extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Complete paid orientation for $150. Qualify for health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days, 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid vacation of 1–3 weeks based on tenure.
