CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Drive regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah for Updike Distribution Logistics. Operate from terminals throughout the operating area to handle true regional shipments rather than coast-to-coast routes. Earn starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile, with additional bonuses including a $500 transition fee, $2,500 retention at 180 days, and layover compensation of $150 per 24-hour period. Receive detention pay at $25/hr after two hours and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Health, dental, and vision coverage begin after 90 days, with a 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
