CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Drive regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah for Updike Distribution Logistics. Operate from terminals throughout the operating area to maintain true regional coverage rather than coast-to-coast routes. Earn starting pay of 55 CPM plus a 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling up to 60.5 CPM, with additional incentives including $500 transition, $2,500 retention, and $150 per 24-hour layover period. Receive detention pay at $25/hr after two hours and extra stop pay at $25/stop. Health, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days, alongside a 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation.
