Job Summary
Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah with a CDL-A. Operate from company terminals throughout the operating area while earning up to 60.5 CPM, including a 5.5¢/mile bonus, $500 transition bonus, and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Receive $150 layover pay per 24-hour period, $25/hr detention pay after two hours, and $25 per extra stop. Health, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days, alongside a 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
