CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah as a CDL-A driver. Operate from terminals throughout the operating area within true regional lanes rather than coast-to-coast routes. Receive starting pay of 55 CPM plus a 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling up to 60.5 CPM. Earn additional compensation including a $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, $150 per 24-hour layover, $25/hr detention pay after two hours, and $25 per extra stop. Health, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days, with a 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation ranging from one to three weeks based on tenure.
