Job Summary
Operate as a CDL-A driver across regional Southwest lanes in Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Navigate terminals throughout the operating area while earning a starting rate of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile, totaling 60.5 CPM. Receive a $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Collect layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period, detention pay of $25/hour after two hours, and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Enjoy health, dental, and vision coverage after 90 days, a 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid vacation.
