CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah with a CDL-A. Operate from terminals throughout the operating area within true regional lanes rather than coast-to-coast routes. Earn starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM, alongside $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Receive layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period and detention pay of $25/hour after two hours. Collect extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Health, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days, with 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation of 1–3 weeks based on tenure. Paid orientation costs $150.
