Job Summary
Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah with a CDL-A license. Operate between company terminals throughout the operating area while earning a starting rate of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus for a total of 60.5 CPM. Receive $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, and layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period. Qualify for detention pay at $25/hr after two hours and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Health, dental, and vision coverage begin after 90 days, with a 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
