Job Summary
Drive regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah for Updike Distribution Logistics. Operate in true regional lanes with terminals throughout the operating area. Earn starting pay of $55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM. Receive $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, and layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period. Qualify for detention pay of $25/hr after two hours and extra stop pay of $25/stop. Health, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days, with 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
