CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Operate as a CDL-A driver in regional Southwest lanes covering Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Navigate between terminals throughout the operating area while adhering to a straightforward pay structure that includes a starting rate of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile, totaling 60.5 CPM. Utilize available bonuses such as the $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Collect layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period and detention pay of $25/hr after two hours of detention. Earn extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Complete paid orientation for $150 and qualify for health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days.
