Operate as a CDL-A driver in regional Southwest lanes covering Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Navigate between company terminals throughout the operating area while adhering to a schedule that includes layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period and detention pay of $25 per hour after two hours. Earn compensation starting at 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, along with a $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Receive extra stop pay of $25 per stop and enjoy health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days, a 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid vacation.
