Job Summary
Conduct 1,900 to 2,100 weekly miles in refrigerated operations with 100% no-touch freight requirements across regional lanes. Operate solo or as part of a driving team within a 24/7 continuous network dispatch that includes day/night shifts and weekend/holiday rotations. Home every two weeks with a bi-weekly rotation schedule. Earn an average gross of $1,200 to $1,300 weekly, including $0.51 CPM base, $15 per route stop, and access to monthly performance bonuses.
