Drive refrigerated freight on a bi-weekly rotation averaging 1,900 to 2,100 miles weekly within regional lanes. Operate solo or as part of a driving team in 24/7 continuous network dispatch, maintaining flexibility for day/night shifts and weekend/holiday rotations. Complete 100% no-touch freight requirements with zero specialized endorsements needed. Earn an average gross of $1,200 to $1,300 weekly, including $0.51 CPM base, $15 flat rate per stop, and access to monthly performance bonuses. Open to trainees and experienced drivers seeking immediate orientation.
