Responsibilities include operating 2020 Freightliner Cascadia trucks on steady Tuesday-Saturday routes with 1-2 weekly layovers, handling 18-23 stops using electric pallet jacks, and maintaining predictable scheduling with guaranteed weekly pay. Start times typically 1 AM-6 AM; daily hours range around 8-13 hours depending on freight flow. Home time is Sunday-Monday with additional home visits during the week. Equipment features include automatic transmission, lift gates, collision avoidance systems, and blind spot detection. Qualifications include 12 months of tractor-trailer experience and hazmat endorsement; must be comfortable with night driving. Pay includes $1,300 weekly guaranteed minimum with potential to $1,400 after 12 months and a $500 sign-on bonus.
