Job Summary
Operate across 11 Western states on 100% no-touch dry van routes with guaranteed bi-weekly home time. Earn weekly gross between $1,300 and $1,700, including a $0.08 CPM production bonus for top performers. Join our New Driver Mentorship Program for 4–6 weeks of paid hands-on instruction with a professional mentor, or apply directly if you have 6+ months of OTR history. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years or older
- 6+ months of OTR history OR 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Must pass DOT physical
- Must pass drug test
- Must pass MVR/PSP background review
