Job Summary
Conduct regional freight hauling with steady volume averaging 2,500 miles weekly, utilizing late-model equipment where you manage only driving duties. Operate under a balanced rotation of 14 days on the road and 2 days at home, with both day and night shifts available. Complete a structured 4-to-6 week over-the-road training program if you are a recent CDL graduate, or join as an experienced solo driver. Earn $300 sign-on assistance plus $15 per multi-stop delivery, with full company benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match starting on day 31. Bring a spouse, child, or pet after initial training. Requires an unrestricted Class A CDL, clean MVR, and DOT physical.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Graduation certificate from an approved CDL school (120+ hour training program)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Clean MVR with no major safety violations or DUIs within the past 5 years
- Must pass standard DOT physical screenings, including both urine and hair follicle drug testing
- Documented, stable, and verifiable employment background
