Job Summary
Operate a dedicated regional tanker truck hauling chemicals in out-and-back lanes, maintaining a Hazmat and Tanker endorsement while holding a valid CDL-A with recent verifiable experience. Ensure compliance with all company protocols, DOT physicals, and road test requirements, and manage a violation-free FMCSA Clearinghouse record. Work out-and-back routes with home every other day, earning $0.80 CPM loaded and $0.60 CPM empty, plus a $3,000 transition bonus. Benefits start 30 days after the designated start date and include BCBS medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid training. Note that TransWood does not provide CDL training.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
- TWIC
- Recent verifiable CDL-A experience: 24-months, or 12-months and CDL school certificate
- Good driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Violation-free FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Must pass DOT physical, drug test, and road test
- Must be 24 years of age and older
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to company protocols
