Job Summary
Team Owner Operator Positions for independent contractor teams to haul specialty freight nationwide. Home time is self-determined with a Get Thru Home program bonus. Driving across the lower 48 states with driver assist for loading/unloading freight. All miles paid; tolls are 100% paid; fuel discount of $0.18 per gallon. Top 25% of contractors gross $8,000 to $10,000 per week or more; $2.03 CPM based on 2025 averages; $4k sign-on bonus; low lease expense; freight availability increasing. Typical pattern described as out 4 weeks with 3-4 days home and 99% of offered loads accepted.
Required Qualifications
- CDL A
- 6 months OTR or regional experience for Solo or Lead driver
- Codriver must have 3 months OTR/Regional
- 21 years or older
- Elogs experience
- Sleeper TT

- Arrest and conviction records considered per law
