Job Summary
Solo Owner Operator truck driver role with CRST Specialized Solutions. Independent contractor position where you run your own truck, choose home time, loads, and schedule; driving across the lower 48 states with load acceptance and driver assist (loading/unloading). Compensation highlights include $1.68 CPM (based on 2025 average), all miles paid, tolls paid, $0.18 per gallon fuel discount, and a $4k sign-on bonus; top performers typically stay out 3-4 weeks with 3-4 days home and high earnings in the top quartile. Benefits offered through a third party, with optional health insurance. Minimum requirements: 21 years or older, CDL A, 6 months OTR experience.
