Job Summary
Over-the-Road (OTR) Van Truckload truck driver for Schneider. Drives within the Eastern 37 states with 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight. Home time every three weeks. Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and incentive bonuses. $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers and $2,000 for inexperienced drivers. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, unlimited referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and military benefits. Schedule is full-time with a Beaumont, TX office location. E-Verify compliance and ADA accommodations available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- HazMat endorsement preferred
