Job Summary
CDL-A Over-the-Road (OTR) Van Truckload driver for Schneider Company Driver account. Drive within the Eastern 37 states with 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight. Home time every other week. Mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, weekly performance pay, and a $6,000 sign-on bonus (experienced) or $3,000 (inexperienced) paid over 12 months. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, and comprehensive driver benefits and retirement options. Safe, predictable lanes with advance dispatch for planning and a focus on driver comfort and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- HazMat endorsement preferred
