Job Summary
Over-the-Road Van Truckload driver needed to haul freight across the Eastern 37 states with predictable lanes and high freight volume. Expect 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, and home time every three weeks. Pay consists of mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses ($5,000 experienced, $2,000 inexperienced) paid over 12 months. Paid orientation and PTO after 6 months, plus holiday pay and an annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, unlimited referral bonuses, and other military benefits. Schedule is full-time with officeing guidance aligned to Schneider’s driver program. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- HazMat endorsement preferred.
