Job Summary
Over-the-Road (OTR) Van Truckload truck driver for 48 states. 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight with dispatch in advance for planning. Drive within all 48 states with home time monthly. Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses ($3,000 experienced, $1,000 inexperienced) paid over 12 months. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and vacation/holiday pay. Paid orientation; annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay.
