Job Summary
Over-the-Road Van Truckload driver for 48 states. 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight with drive within all 48 states. Average weekly pay is $1,115–$1,360, with mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty and weekly performance pay. Sign-on bonuses of $3,000 (experienced) and $1,000 (inexperienced) paid over 12 months in the first year. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, holiday pay, annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match). Remote-work not applicable; role requires on-the-road driving across the continental US with home time monthly.
