Job Summary
Over-the-Road Van Truckload driver responsible for hauling freight across 48 states with 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight. Dispatched in advance for improved planning; drive within all 48 states. Pay includes mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty and weekly performance pay. Sign-on bonuses of $3,000 for experienced drivers and $1,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. Additional benefits include paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus 6 holiday days per year, annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, unlimited referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and various military benefits. Required Qualifications
