Job Summary
OTR Van Truckload driver needed to haul freight across 48 states with 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook. Dispatch in advance for planning; home time is monthly; mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, plus weekly performance pay. Sign-on bonuses ($3,000 experienced, $1,000 inexperienced) paid over 12 months; annual bonus up to 2% of gross; comprehensive benefits, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months and holiday pay. Must hold a valid CDL-A; HazMat preferred; opportunities for company-paid CDL training; E-Verify compliance. Driving with Schneider includes a strong emphasis on safety, diversity, and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
