Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to haul freight on regional OTR lanes, performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections, loading/unloading and securing cargo (including hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight when applicable), maintaining accurate DOT/FMCSA logs, verifying bills of lading, planning routes to meet pickup/delivery windows, and performing basic vehicle maintenance. Compensation includes mileage-based pay (0.54–0.60 per mile depending on experience and bonuses), weekly minimum earnings of $1,350, paid orientation, weekly home time, a transition bonus, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
