Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers on OTR dry freight routes from Wooster, OH, transporting general and hazmat/temperature-sensitive freight with mileage-based pay and a weekly minimum of $1,350, plus safety and other bonuses. Responsibilities include pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading and securing cargo, maintaining accurate DOT/FMCSA logs, planning routes to meet pickup/delivery windows, paperwork verification, vehicle maintenance, and communicating professionally with customers. HazMat endorsement is preferred but not required; required to meet DOT/FMCSA physicals and have a High School Diploma or GED.
