Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight including hazmat or temperature-sensitive cargo. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; load, secure, and inspect cargo; maintain accurate HOS logs and required DOT/FMCSA documentation; plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows; perform basic vehicle maintenance; report defects promptly. Strong emphasis on safety, reliability, time management, and clear communication with customers and dispatch. Requires High School Diploma or GED; valid CDL-A; HazMat endorsement preferred but not required; TWIC card preferred but not required. This role involves on-the-road driving with regular home time and a comprehensive benefits package.
