Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight, primarily dry freight on OTR routes from Wooster, OH. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load and secure cargo (including hazmat), maintain accurate DOT/FMCSA logs and BOL paperwork, plan routes to meet delivery windows, and conduct basic vehicle maintenance. Demonstrate reliability, strong time management, and clear communication with customers and dispatch; be a team player on the road and in the yard.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- High School Diploma or GED
- HazMat endorsement preferred not required
- TWIC card preferred not required
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
