Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers on OTR routes (400–500 miles from Wooster, OH) hauling dry freight with a focus on safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading and securing cargo (including hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight), maintaining HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA paperwork, verifying bills of lading, planning routes to meet pickup/delivery windows, and basic vehicle maintenance. Candidates should have strong time management, clear communication with dispatch and customers, and be a team player who prioritizes safety.
