Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight regionally/OTR from Wooster, OH. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; load, secure, and inspect cargo (hazmat and non-hazmat); maintain HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA paperwork; verify bills of lading and dispatcher communications; plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows; perform basic vehicle maintenance; and adhere to safety and customer service standards. Compensation includes mileage pay ($0.54–$0.60/mi depending on experience and bonuses), weekly minimums of $1,350 with potential to earn more, HazMat-related pay/bonuses, orientation paid, and driver benefits. Requirements: Valid Class A CDL, HS diploma or GED, HazMat endorsement preferred not required, ability to pass DOT/FMCSA physicals; TWIC preferred not required.
