CDL A OTR Truck Drivers

Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers on OTR dry-van routes, handling pre-trip/post-trip inspections, loading/securement, hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight, maintaining DOT/FMCSA paperwork and logs, planning routes to meet pickup/delivery windows, and performing basic vehicle maintenance. Strong emphasis on safety, reliability, time management, clear communication with customers and dispatch, and being a team player. Compensation includes mileage-based pay with experience tiers, safety bonuses, and various driver-related pay enhancements; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and hazmat certification support. HQ location is Wooster, OH with Willoughby Hills, OH as the posting location; CDL A required and HazMat endorsement preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- HazMat endorsement preferred not required
- High School Diploma or GED
- TWIC card preferred not required
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
