Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight regionally (OTR) including hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; load, secure, and inspect cargo; follow DOT/FMCSA and HOS requirements; verify bills of lading and collect signatures; plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows; maintain basic vehicle maintenance and keep equipment clean; communicate with dispatch and ensure safety and professional conduct on the road.
