Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport dry freight on OTR routes (400–500 miles from Wooster, OH), perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load/unload cargo, follow hazmat handling procedures, maintain DOT/FMCSA logs, verify bills of lading, plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows, and conduct basic vehicle maintenance. Compensation includes mileage pay tiers ($0.54–$0.60/mi with bonuses), weekly minimum earnings of about $1,350, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation, holiday pay).
