Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight on regional OTR routes starting from Wooster, OH. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; load, secure, and inspect cargo (hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight as required); maintain accurate HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA documentation; verify bills of lading and collect signatures; plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows; perform basic vehicle maintenance; be a reliable, safety-conscious team player with strong communication and coordination with dispatch and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL — required.
- HazMat endorsement preferred not required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- TWIC card preferred not required.
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.
