Job Summary
Fill in for scheduled drivers or open routes across regional destinations in Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois, operating late-model tractors and trailers. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, provide customer service at delivery points, and handle drop-and-hook or live load/unload tasks as needed. Maintain safe operations in compliance with DOT regulations while adhering to a schedule of home weekends and weekly 34-hour resets.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years Tractor Trailer
- CDL A
- Route: Regional-out Sunday/Monday, home weekends
- Drive up to Ohio, Indiana and Illinois
- Home Time: 34-hour reset at home weekly
- Fill in for scheduled drivers or open routes as needed
- Operate safely and follow all DOT regulations
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
- May include some drop and hook, some live load/unload
- Notes: Route and return may vary by customer; typically out Sunday and return Friday or Saturday
