Job Summary
Drive solo OTR routes from the Carolinas to the West Coast hauling fresh produce on Reefer trailers. Maintain a clean safety record with no serious violations, drug or alcohol issues, or major at-fault accidents in the past three years. Adhere to Turner Trucking's express freight schedule, utilizing top-of-the-line equipment with owner-operator specs. Earn base pay of $1,500–$1,800 per trip plus drop and pick-up bonuses, with scheduled seniority increases after three months. Apply for this role if you have at least three years of OTR experience and six months of Reefer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years OTR experience
- At least 6 months of reefer trailer experience
- Minimum Age: 25 years old
- No more than 4 moving violations within the last three years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months
- No serious violations in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol violations within the last 5 years
- No more than 2 minor preventable accidents within the last 3 years
- No serious at fault preventable accidents within the last 3 years
- Must not have had more than 3 jobs within the last 12 months
