Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers in OTR refrigerated freight routes covering 2,600–3,000 miles weekly with 99% no-touch loads. Maintain late-model, well-maintained equipment and adhere to ISAAC ELD compliance while driving clean inspections to qualify for up to $300 bonuses. Earn $85,000–$90,000 annually with a 1-day-off-for-every-week-out schedule and access to new hometime options or lease programs on 2024–2026 trucks. Valid Class A CDL, 6 months of recent OTR experience, and a clean MVR are required to join Navajo Express, recognized for its safety record and driver-friendly policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 6 months OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
- Good MVR (reviewed case by case)
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL
