Job Summary
Operate OTR reefer trucks covering 2,600–3,000 miles weekly with high refrigerated freight volume and 99% no-touch loads. Maintain vehicle safety standards to qualify for up to $300 bonus for clean inspections while utilizing ISAAC ELD for compliance. Earn $85,000–$90,000 annually with 1 day off for every week out, supported by full health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Valid Class A CDL holders with 6 months of recent OTR experience and clean MVRs are eligible to join Navajo Express, recognized for its safety record and driver-friendly lease program options.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 6 months OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
- Good MVR (reviewed case by case)
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL
