Job Summary
Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR routes running reefer or dry van freight based on preference. Maintain accurate logs, stay compliant with DOT and FMCSA regulations, and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your permanently assigned truck. Communicate with dispatch to confirm routes and delivery windows, secure freight properly, and handle it with care during transit while following all safety protocols. Drive 3,200 plus miles per week with all miles paid, empty and loaded. Choose your schedule between two weeks out with two days home or three weeks out with four days home. Enjoy $150 layover pay and $25 per hour detention pay after two hours. We provide a 2025 or 2026 Volvo 760/860 or Freightliner Cascadia with APU, power inverter, refrigerator, microwave, and tablet included.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI or SAP history
- Maximum of 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No reckless driving or violations of 15 MPH or more over the speed limit
- Maximum of 8 jobs in the past 3 years
- Standard DOT urine test only
