Job Summary
Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR routes, running reefer or dry van freight based on your preference. Maintain accurate logs, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and communicate with dispatch to confirm routes and delivery windows. Secure freight properly, follow all safety protocols, and adhere to DOT and FMCSA regulations. Earn 0.76 to 0.86 CPM with all miles paid, empty and loaded, including $150 layover pay and $25/hour detention after two hours. Drive a permanently assigned 2025 or 2026 Volvo or Freightliner truck home on your reset. Valid Class A CDL with minimum six months of verifiable OTR experience required; no DUI/DWI or SAP history. Choose your schedule: two weeks out with two days home or three weeks out with four days home. Pets welcome from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI or SAP history
- Maximum of 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No reckless driving or violations of 15 MPH or more over the speed limit
- Maximum of 8 jobs in the past 3 years
- Standard DOT urine test only
