Job Summary
Operate OTR trucks averaging 2,500 miles weekly with 99% no-touch freight, maintaining a 2 weeks out/2 nights home schedule across the United States. Drive modern Peterbilt 579, Cascadia, Volvo, and International models supported by an in-house repair shop and 24/7 assistance. Earn up to $2,300 weekly with bonuses for empty miles, referrals, and clean inspections. Requires 6 months verifiable CDL A experience, clean MVR/PSP, and valid English proficiency. Full-time employment includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of verifiable CDL driving experience
- Valid CDL
- At least 21 years old
- Ability to meet company and insurance qualification requirements
- Ability to pass required MVR and PSP reviews
- Ability to meet the company's accident and violation standards
- No more than 3 preventable or chargeable accidents within the previous 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations within a 3-year period, OR no more than 20 points under the SMS Unsafe Driver Basic Violation Table
- No major violations within the previous 3 years
- No more than 20 points within a 3-year period under the SMS Driver Fitness Basic Violation Table
- No DUI within the previous 5 years
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records
