Job Summary
Drive 100% no-touch dry van freight on long-haul OTR routes with assigned equipment that stays with you during home time. Operate solo or in a team split, earning pro miles and receiving extra pay for trucks exceeding 400k miles. Complete mandatory dry load/unload tasks while adhering to a schedule of minimum 12 days in a row OTR, earning one day of home time for every extra week spent away. Maintain a clean MVR with no speeding citations or DUI/DWI history, passing drug tests and background checks as required. Enjoy guaranteed minimum pay with no forced dispatch, plus safety bonuses for inspection levels and veteran-specific incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 2 Years Verifiable CDL A Experience
- Valid CDL A License
- Minimum Age 25 Years Old
- Clean MVR
- Pass drug test
- No DWI or DUI history
- Clean criminal background check
- Minimum 12 Days in a Row OTR
- Earn 1 day home time every extra week spent OTR
- No 15 MPH or Over Speeding Citation
- No More Than 3 Jobs in The Last 3 Years
- Must Meet FMCSA Requirements
- No Previous DUI/DWI in the Last 7 Years
